We will be hosting the next ISKA Competition Team training on Saturday, May 12th, from 1-4pm at the the ISKA Hombu dojo, the Benicia Shotokan Karate Academy. Training will include agility training, kata, kumite, and conditioning exercises. Please come prepared.
