The ISKA Competition Team will meet for training on Saturday, September 23rd from 12:30pm-3:30pm at the Benicia Shotokan Karate Academy.
We will be covering a variety of topics this session, including Agility Training, Kata Review and Development, Kumite Strategies, and Team Building.
