ISKA is once again organizing an Annual Kata Review, split into two sessions - one for "Tier 1" kata and one for "Tier 2" kata. Both sessions will be virtual and are open to all Karate practitioners, but kata will be mostly Shotokan based. There is no cost to join but donations are gladly accepted to support contributing instructors.
Please join us as we review and celebrate each kata and the unique techniques, body dynamic, theoretical applications therein, as well as the capacity of kata to serve as a tool for self-discovery and meditation.
