Starting the New Year off with 25 Kata Review

To ring in the new year, Hanshi Llewelyn will be hosting a 25 Shotokan Kata Review at the Benicia Shotokan Karate Academy on Saturday, Jan. 7th, 2017.

There will be regular class for all levels from 10-11am and will cover all of the Heian Katas.

From 11-12:30pm, katas beyond the Heian series will be reviewed.

​All are welcome. Will go grab some food afterwards for those who want to join.
