Training will be appropriate for children thru adults of all ages. You may get wet and the ocean can still be quite cold in June. Wear layers under your gi that can get wet... Sunblock advised even in foggy conditions for those sensitive to the sun.
Training on sand is a great way to strengthen feet and leg muscles, work on balance, and have fun at the same time!
