Mr. Smaby is also one of few instructors qualified to instruct Kyusho-Jitsu pressure point technique and Daito Ryu Jujitsu. As the full time Police Training Specialist of 50+ years for Cedar Rapids, Linn County, and the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy, Mr. Smaby incorporates martial arts and police tactics into his teaching of law enforcement professionals and many other students. |
